No, there is no cloud storage for your recorded video files. All video recordings are stored strictly locally on your device's internal storage.

Your scripts are stored offline on your device, and if you are online and signed into an account, they securely sync and back up to your cloud account.

If you choose to delete your account, your profile and all associated cloud data stored in Supabase, including your cloud-synced scripts and folders, are permanently deleted from our servers.

First, make sure the correct "Script Language" is selected in the editor. The engine needs to know exactly what language you are speaking to track it correctly. Also, make sure you have granted the app or browser permission to use your microphone.

No. Changing the App Language in settings translates the app's buttons and menus. Offline voice tracking relies on your phone's native iOS or Android system language packs. If you are reading a script in a language that isn't currently downloaded to your phone's operating system, OtterScroll will seamlessly fall back to our Cloud Voice Engine to ensure voice tracking still works.

Ensure you are logged into the exact same account on both your mobile device and your computer. On the mobile app, you can perform a "pull-to-refresh" gesture on the main library screen to force a manual sync.

You can permanently wipe your account and all associated cloud data by going to the App Settings and selecting "Delete Account". (Note: If you have an active Pro subscription, deleting your account does not stop billing. You must also cancel the subscription directly in your Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings to prevent future charges).
